You may cancel your order within 3 days from the date you or a third party (excluding the courier) received the goods.

If you withdraw from the purchase, we will refund all payments received without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.
Returned goods must be sent back within 3 days of notifying us, at your own expense. Products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return and withhold the refund.
